I don't think you need any further resources.
Explain what you will do to cut expenses. Which expenses will you cut or eliminate? How about 20% of the managerial positions? Can you cut your electric bills? Cut sales force?
Explain what additional steps you'll take to increase the profit margin -- raise prices? add new high-profit styles? What else?
What effect do you think these changes will have on employees? Can you keep their morale up?
