3. draw a rough sketch of the place and write a guideline passage from the nearest station or bus stop.

4. Pretend one of your friend is a foreigner, and have a conversation using the given expressions looking at the rough sketch.

I'm not sure what you mean by "guideline passage" in #3. Please explain.

A guide line passage would be a short dialogue containing the information of the place and how to get there.
3. Draw a map and write directions so they'll know how to go from the nearest station or bus stop to the place you have chosen.
