mgh=1/2 m v^2 solve for v

b. h=vi*t-1/2 g t^2 solve for t.
Can I solve it in the equation of motion in one dimension ????
I solve it with
a) vf^2=vi^2-2gh for h and I got 3.1 is it true?

B) vf=vi-gt for t and I got 0.32s is it true????
