Prior to the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 CE, the areas that contained Jewish Diaspora communities included:
- Central Asia
- Great Britain (although substantial communities developed later, there is evidence of earlier Jewish presence)
However, it is important to note that while Jewish communities existed in parts of Central Asia and later in Great Britain, Japan and Southern Africa did not have significant Diaspora communities at that time.
So the most appropriate responses would be Central Asia and possibly Great Britain to some extent, though the latter's Jewish presence wasn't as pronounced until later.
