Internal conflict occurs when a force within the character is against him/her.
If someone is possessed by a ghost, would it be considered external or internal conflict. I still say external because it is not the person, and it is a ghost. Help?

If the ghost is someone else's ghost, then this would be external conflict. If the ghost is the main character's ghost, then it's internal conflict.
