1. I try not to stress when things go wrong.
2. I try not to stress out when things go wrong.
3. I try not to stressed when things go wrong.
4. I try not to stressed out when things go wrong.

Are they all grammatical? What is the difference among them? •English - Writeacher, Monday, June 6, 2016 at 7:49pm
3 and 4 are incorrect.
1 is awkward.
2 is correct.

Thank you for your help.
3. I try not to be stressed when things go wrong.
4. I try not to be stressed out when things go wrong.
(Do you use #4 more frequently than #3?)
5. Driving in cities really stresses me (out).
Can we delete 'out' without changing the meaning?

Yes, "out" can either be there or not, and the meaning is the same.
