Question : You're in the room when Dr Jones and the patient discuss a proposed treatment. What would you listen for in the conversation to determine if the patient gave informed consent.

My answer. Listen for to see if you hear the doctor explians in detail of the proposed treatment including the possiable risks that may happen. You also need to hear the patient say that they understand the risks and what is involved.
