B. Only orthogonal lines
C. Imagery in the backgrounds larger than in the foreground.

It doesn't have a name.....but to be more specific its a two-point art.
Well, almost all two-point art has orthogonal lines and some two-point art does have vanishing points(which makes it way cooler) But, I do not know if your answer is correct or not because I cannot see it.
