Am I correct in answering this problem correctly? -12

you have it almost correct, but division by zero is not allowed, so your final answer is indeterminate. -12/0 is not allowed in math.

Thanks for the prompt response. I am still a little confused. Did I show my work correctly because that is what my teacher is concerned with? Also, can you tell me what is undeterminate? Is undeterminate the answer that my teacher is looking for? Thanks so much.
indeterminate means cannot be computed.

I have no idea what your teacher is looking for, I cannot fathom why the question was given to you. Division by zero is just NOT allowed, ever.

Your work is fine, except for the last equals sign.

-12/0 is NOT =-12
so to be sure that I am absolutely sure that I understand what you are saying bob is my final is -12. If so is this how it is suppose to look
