don't know what � is but I see a common factor of (m+4)
so
(m + 4) (a � 5) + (m + 4) (a + 3)
= (m+4)(a � 5 + a + 3)

finish the last bracket once you figure out what that strange symbol is
So is the answer

(m + 4) (2a – 2) OR

(m + 4) (a^2 – 2)
