Dear HK Family Court,
Subject: URGENT Follow Up Letter regarding children protection and well-being matters. The status of the consolidated TWO separate applications
1) Temporary Removal for Private Education and Quality Housing
2) Permanent Removal for Immigration
The Father has directly addressed the letters dated April 17, 2024, and May 8, 2024, requested modifications, adjustments, and clarifications requested by the HK Family Court directions to the best of his litigant in person trying to protect his children from harm as best he can abilities. I understand I was told not to write letters to the HK Family Court but the delay since attempting to file and serve these applications submitted on April 16, 2024, and it is now May 13, 2024, while my children are in danger of additional harm requires your prompt attention or potentially someone else at the HK Family Court's attention if you are unavailable or busy on other matters.
Outstanding Items 2:
- The Two separate applications for Temporary Removal and Permanent Removal for Schooling have been consolidated into one Summons and one Affirmation as requested.
- The FIFTH Financial Form E and Fifth Lowering Interim Maintenance HK Family Court documents and stamped proofs of serving the same on the mother and HKLA lawyers have been explained and documented proofs provided Exhibit 1 – A
- The WP prejudice children’s well-being and protection offers in Exhibit 11 have been removed, but I am aware all matters regarding children are not confidential, and in the past have been unmasked and provided to the HK family court. Nevertheless, Exhibit 11 has been removed as I still desperately struggle for an out-of-HK Family Court Mutually Agreed solution to protect both children from harm and look after both children’s best interests and well-being which is the HK Family Court’s and should be all parents' paramount concern.
