All are correct. Sometimes you don't say what your units or ratios are, but your answers are right anyway. In #2, you are comparing the dimensionless ratio of "cents to cents". In #4, 40 is "pounds per lawn". In #5, 95 cents is the "unit price", which is what you compared.
