There are laws, I immediately think of HIPAA as an example.
ok so out of the choices I have to pick form it would be the US constitution then
The Constitution guarantees us the freedom from unnecessary searches. Since that is so broad, BobPursley is right that its more current laws that protect the confidentiality of medical information. In my opinion, your best answer is # 3.
