if you meant:
x/(7x)+x^2
= 1/7 + x^2 -----> none of the choices
If you meant:
x/(7x+x^2)
= x/(x(7+x))
= 1/(7+x) , x ≠ 0 -----> none of the choices
one of the choices could fit the last one, namely C, if you had included the brackets.
