Part A: Given X (4, -7), what are the coordinates of X'' if X'' = R y=1 (R x=2(X))?

Part B: Given A''' (-4, -6) and A''' = Ro180 (Ry-axis(T<5,5>(A))), what are the coordinates of A?

I would really appreciate help with these 2 questions, I'm really struggling to figure them out.

Not familiar with this notation. What does

X'' = R y=1 (R x=2(X))

mean?
I'm not sure. I know it's a transformation. R means reflect, but I can't figure out the rest.
As in: X''= (the original x coordinates) but they fold over the y coordinates. I can't figure out the rest.
