This is hard, Just add $8.99 + $13.99 + $0.75. And for part B, add $4.51 + $14.51, with 10. And type it in with examples. I am actaully not sure, But if you want, you can just try this strategy.
$281.00. Or $44.00. But I don't think BobTheSkater's Idea was good.
