P is parallel to q
m angle 1 =(6x+y-4)
m angle 2 = (x+9y+1)
m angle 3 = (11x+2)
A. Set up an equation(s) to find x and y.
B. Show all work and solve for x and y.

Help me I don't get this math homework
Without either a diagram or a description, it's impossible to answer these questions.
The parallel lines indicate to me that there are probably some
alternate interior/exterior angles
adjacent angles
alternate angles are equal
adjacent angles add to 180
I expect you can use that info to set up some equations with x and y.
