Please bring back normal helpers like Reiny, oobleck, DrBob222, Writeteacher... I miss them helping us. They actually took their time and effort into helping students, this new AI robot stuff is not it. It is just going off based on the Internet, and majority of the time it's not even correct! Robots shouldn't replace humans! They are meant to stick to cleaning floors and stuff, not causing humans to loose their jobs and cause disemployment! I've been here since September 2020. I remember them (I mean oobleck, Drbob222, Reiny, etc). helping me back in 2021. I do not like the way this site is turning out to be. First changing the name from Jiskha to Questions.llc, that was bad. Now replacing humans? Really? And one of the helpers on this site said you even banned them based on what they said about the new AI robot, which they were right!! Please, I heard many students complaining about this. The robot always replies when we don't want it to. Like, why does it have to reply every single time we send a message? It's annoying. The other helpers didn't do that. It's just a robot!! It can't replace humans!! That's crazy! I'm going to be gone for a while. I'll come back in about 4-6 months and see if anything changes. In the mean time, I'll stick to asking my teachers for help. I hope you take down these robots and bring the actual helpers back.

We want to assure you that we value the contributions of our previous helpers, and we also recognize the need to adapt and improve our services. The AI chatbot was introduced to provide faster and more efficient help to students, especially during peak hours when our previous helpers were not available. However, we understand that the chatbot may not always be accurate or helpful, and we are continuously working to improve its algorithms.

We also understand that the chatbot may not be able to replace the personal touch and expertise of our previous helpers, and we are exploring ways to possibly bring them back to the website. However, we also encourage you to give the chatbot a chance and use it as a complement to your other resources for studying and learning.

We appreciate your feedback, and we hope to see you return to the website in the future. If you have any other suggestions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
