Why electronic file organization is a key skill for today’s workplace? You may use a scenario from your current and/or future workplace where file organization and file sharing would be a critical skill to have. Electronic file organization is a key skill for today’s work place for many reasons. It will increase productivity and will help give a clear understanding of what documents should be filed in the shared drive system. This will help bring ease and clarity to new employee’s on how to access important information quickly and let them be as productive as possible. Having a sound file structure will help to improve the over all production of the organization. I have noticed many doctor offices and hospitals have digitized all paper medical records, which means they are now using electronic medical records (EMR) systems. If someone does not have organization it could potentially lead to files and or documents going in to the wrong hands.
Learning to use One Drive can also assist me in my present role as a student. It will help me to be organized with my assignments . I will be able to access any other important documents and data. Having my files organized will help me in becoming an successful student.

Learning to use OneDrive can also assist me in my present role as student. One drive is an online storage service from Microsoft . Users can access Word, Excel, and Powerpoint documents in OneDrive. It will help me to be organized with my assignments . I will be able to access any other important documents and data. Having my filies organized will help me in becoming an successful student.

You need to state that files and other information need to be stored in carefully organized and named folders and sub-folders in a physical and/or cloud storage system (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_storage). You should probably give examples to demonstrate you know what you're referring to.
Your example (Mr Jones' information going into Mrs Smith's folder) is a good one. Be careful where you place this explanation.
The only other thing is to indicate that OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud storage system.
