4.5 + (3 * 4.5) + [(3 * 4.5) - 3] = ?
Given:
1st side = 4.50 m
2nd side = twice as long as the 1st side
3rd side = less than the 2nd side

Solution:

2nd side = 4.5 x 2 = 9.00 m
3rd side = 9.00 - 3.00 = 6.00m

Total Perimeter = 4.50 + 9.00 + 6.00
= 19.50 meters
