again I don't have a good clue on what the answer might be I'm very stuck :(

We have to see the table.

I do know that a probability is always between 0 and 1.

It looks like the only possible answer is 2/3.
That is just a guess.
for a probability table, the sum of all the probabilities must equal 1.0
