Ok so im just totally confused because i don't technically have chemistry teacher (i have cancer so i cant go to school so while i have a teacher i can email questions to, he doesnt really help so im stuck teaching myself) & i didn't get any reference to make i sure i got my answers right (meaning I have to come up with the answers from my head...), so i need help checking to make im right and with answering one.

The true/false questions look ok except for the speed and position of the electrons. If you know one you CANNOT know the other.
