Often there is a textbook and assigned learning materials, and students never have a peek. That isn't the case here. These chapters and links, although a little dry, are your toolbox. Your task each week will be to make them exciting. Basically, read the assigned parts and links for the week (in this case Read 2.1-2.4 in Successful College Composition text and the associated helpful links in the Unit Two Folder, and then I want you to summarize the information into a different mode. What does that mean? That means you can turn the information into a song, a poem, a story, a breaking news message, a commercial, etc. And you get extra points if it is through the lens of hip hop.
