Not exactly a question but still considered as homework i need help with.

Thanks in advance for answering if you do, its a great help. Ive been given a task to survey people about excercise and fitness. The answers don't have to be long but please atleast write a sentence for me to work with. Ill also need your age and sex. Just copy the questions below into your post and put your answers under em.

Fitness means health.

I need to exercise and maintain a healthy diet, mainly.

Yes, I consider myself to be fit because I have a healthy body weight and strength. I exercise regularly and eat healthy foods.

4. How often do you exercise?
I exercise at least 2 hours every day.

5. At what intensity do you exercise? (light,med,high)
It depends. A mixture of all three.

6. How much time do you spend Exercising?
At least 2 hours a day

7. What type of exercise do you do? (aerobics, weights etc.)
A mix of everything, really. Weights, running, walking, swimming, sports, yoga...

8. How has your attitude towards fitness changed over time?
As I've gotten older, I've become more concerned with being healthy. Fitness has become more and more important to me.

9. What has changed your attitude towards fitness?
I think growing older has really changed my attitude towards fitness. I'm more mature now and am more aware of the need to be fit.
