Nicholas and Millah are comparing results from a 2-day lab experiment. On monday Nicholas' results showed that 0.917 of the particles were charged while Millas results showed that 85% of the particles were charged. On Tuesday Nicholas's results showed that 0.799 of the particles were charged while Millas results showed that 93% of the particles were charged. Who on what day had the greatest percentage of charged particles in their experiment?

If I'm reading correctly, Millas did. 0.799 as a percentage is 79.9%, which is smaller then 93%.

0.917 = 91.7 %
0.799 = 79.9 %

The biggest percentage in your list is 93%

kathy: If you want to be a helpful tutor, you have to concentrate on word usage. Words matter. Learn the difference between "then" and "than". Thanks for helping kids, but stick to those you know, not guessing nor speculating. Thanks again.
