Noah's flood was the story in the Hebrew Bible and the Christian Old Testament. It tells how God got mad because so many people were evil and sinful. He told Noah to build an ark (boat) and gather a male and female from each species of animal. Then God sent a flood that lasted 40 days and 40 nights. According to the story, then these few people and the animals that survived started repopulating the earth.

I think Creationists don't believe that fossils were alive before the flood.

Fossils are the remains of ancient plants and animals that were imbedded in rock.

Creationists do not believe in radioactive carbon dating, so they won't agree that there could be fossils older than Adam and Eve
