My niece has asked me to help with a math project. Maybe I am putting too much into it but I do not understand it. Any help would be great. It is a "Tissue Box Project". Any ideas?

What instructions did the teacher give to your niece?

Answered by Buddy
Directions are as follows: Use a tissue box to display
Top - The math concept or idea the box provides information about
Bottom - Students name and rsources used in research of the math concept
Side 1 - A brief description, including facts about the math concept
Side 2 - A visual arts representation of the math concept
Side 3 - Pictures of how the math concept is applied to everyday life
Side 4 - How the math concept is connected with other subjects such as other math ares, science, history
Answered by Ms. Sue
Discuss with your niece the math concepts she's learned. It would also help to look at the book she's using this year for information about the math concepts she's studied.

Understood Ms. Sue, but should the equations she shows on the box be the measurements of the box or just example equations? Even I am having difficultly understanding what she is to do.
Answered by Ms. Sue
I think they should be sample equations. I believe the teacher expects a visual representation to be placed in the box -- as a sort of diorama.
