my friend and i need to teach our other friend a lesson about the real world but everytime we try and explain these things to her, she doesnt understand and feels a little insulted. any help on how to teach her a lesson without being mean??

i need to explain to her that having fancy clothes and being fashionable is not the whole world. i also want her to understand that she needs to stop copying my style and be herself

It's been said that copying is the sincerest form of flattery. Enjoy your friend's taste in style and wait a few weeks. My hunch is that she'll change.
