Just wondering: is this supposed to be a real story about something that happened to you, or is it a fictional story? If it is supposed to be a real story, then you might want to talk to your teacher and see if there is another topic you can write about. If it is a fictional story, think of some crazy story about why the character wouldn't be able to finish it.

Obviously, you're having trouble doing this assignment because you "don't know what to write."

You may want to write about another assignment that had you stuck. Since you've posted several questions on Jiskha lately, you must be looking for help in finishing some assignments.

Your assignment says nothing about turning an assignment in late -- it just asks about an assignment that you had trouble finishing.

I had trouble finishing my assignment because my brother and sister were pestering me and then they riped it up so I had to start again. I ended up being late turning it in.

It's obvious and simple. It may be a lie but it could happpen (yes it could-my bro and sis have done it to me before!! l:( not happy)
