In my opinion, the sentence is too long. There are too many "or's" and adjecteves separated by commas, and I lost track of what the subject is all about. The first verb should be "are", not "is". Is the word "orderly" necessary?
I would find it very hard to diagram that sentence; I lose track of what the prepositional phrases refer to.
