Median delivery time for Pizza Shop 1 = (21 + 22) / 2 = 21.5 minutes

Delivery times: 20, 17, 16, 38, 21, 20, 18, 25
Arranging in ascending order: 16, 17, 18, 20, 20, 21, 25, 38
There are 8 delivery times, so the median delivery time is the average of the 4th and 5th values, which are 20 and 20.
