A long time ago, I had been admitted to Ambo University and my friends had received me. We went to the dorm and I packed my bags. One of my friends told me to go to cafe, so we went there as he said.
After four days of eating injera, I suffered from abdominal ache. I went to the hospital for treatment and received medication there for the abdominal ache. However, as I followed the doctor's is instructions about the prescribed drug, there was no change, and I decided not to eat injera.
I asked one of my friends how I could get breads, as it was provided with a ticket. He told me to go to the student services and present my case to them, as they might be able to help. This was on Saturday
On Monday, I went to the student services and found him in charge in his office. I asked for privilege to discuss my issues and he allowed me to present my case. I raised my voice and told him everything concerning my situation. Then, he considered my problem and gave me a ticket for breads to show to the cafeteria workers, as it was mandatory.
Over the next three days, I felt better because I started eating breads and everything was good. The student services staff had addressed my needs and provided me with alternative meal option, which allowed me to resolve the health issues I had been experiencing from injera-based meals. With their assistant I was able to continue my studies at the University without further complication.
