may be this is simple and obvious question but i am really not getting this.in my physics practicals i was doing potentiometer experiment ,in this i did not understand how jockey completes the circuit.i mean we did not do any connections we were just touching wires with this jockey ,how circuit has been completed?what jockey really is ?how it completes circuit?
