convection implies moving air. How does that heat water on a stove. But it might explain the air coming from the refrigerator door.
A = III

A could be radiation, but it is usually not. I have seen one infared stove top in my life which heated by radiation, all the rest were conduction from hot gases in the flame to the pot. I think the best answer for the stove top is conduction.
