For molar mass, look up the atomic masses in the periodic table and add them together. For example, for C12H22O11 that's about (12*12 + 1*22 + 11*16) = about 342.
mols = grams/molar mass
atoms--look at the subscripts; i.e., for C12H22O11 there are 12 atoms C/mol; 22 atoms H per mol and 11 atoms O per mol. If you want total atoms, that is atoms/mol x # mols x 6.02E23 = ?
