Make tables and graph the following functions. Find f(4) for each using your graphs.
Given f(x)=3x-2 find f(4) then
x=4
y=10
Confused on how to find a 2nd y value please help

what 2nd y value? Do you have an x value different from 4? Or maybe a table?

I have to graph the function (x,y) after solving. X is know is 4,4 and y is 10 and ?.

Correction I know x is 4,4 and y is 10 and ?. Would y be 0?

no. y = f(x) = 3x-2
f(4) = 3*4-2 = 12-2 = 10
f(0) = 3*0-2 = -2
f(2/3) = 3*(2/3)-2 = 2-2 = 0
so, the points (4,10), (0,-2), (2/3, 0) are all on the graph
f(4) = 3*4-2 = 12-2 = 10
f(0) = 3*0-2 = -2
f(2/3) = 3*(2/3)-2 = 2-2 = 0
so, the points (4,10), (0,-2), (2/3, 0) are all on the graph
