lol well to keep it utterly simple use 2 cups of each of your 5 ingredients.
or since it must be mixed numbers, use 2 1/2 of A and 2 1/2 of B and 2 1/2 of C
now you have 7 1/2
we need 2 1/2 more from the last two
so
use 1 1/4 of D
and 1 1/4 of E
or since it must be mixed numbers, use 2 1/2 of A and 2 1/2 of B and 2 1/2 of C
now you have 7 1/2

use 1 1/4 of D

I hope you come up with a more imaginative recipe than mine.

1 1/2, 1 3/4, 2, 2 1/4, 2 1/2
