limit x->0 (3k+k(x^2) sin(1/x)), if k is a positive constant

2 answers

since |sinx| <= 1,

x^2 sin(1/x) -> 0 as x->0

So, all that's left is 3k.
Doesn't really matter whether k is positive or not.
Thank you so much Steve!!!
