Let (gx)= 10-x

-----
2+x

Please Help

(a) Find g (–1).

(b) State the domain of the function .

(c) Find g (t + 1) and simplify as much as possible.

1 answer

If g(x) = (10-x)/(2+x),then

g(-1) = 11/1 = 11

The domain of g is all numbers except -2, where the denominator is 0.

g(t+1) = (9-t)/(t+3)
That does not simplify.
