Let

f(x)=8
(3)^
x−2
+2

The graph of
f(x)
is stretched vertically by a factor of 3 to form the graph of
g(x)

What is the equation of
g(x)
?

g(x)

You have some funky formatting there. I read it as

f(x) = 8*3^(x-2)+2

but it doesn't really matter what f(x) is. Stretching by a factor 3 just means that

g(x) = 3*f(x)
