1. What went well in the lesson was that the students were engaged and actively participating in the activities. The use of technology tools such as interactive presentations and online resources helped to keep their interest and made the content more accessible and relatable.
2. One problem I experienced was with technical issues during the lesson. There were some connectivity issues with the internet and certain websites were not loading properly. This disrupted the flow of the lesson and caused some frustration among the students.
3. In hindsight, I could have tested the technology tools and internet connectivity before the lesson to ensure everything was working properly. I could have also created a backup plan in case of technical difficulties, such as having printed materials as a substitute.
4. While the lesson was somewhat learner-centred in that the students were actively engaging with the technology tools and resources, I think it could have been more so. I could have incorporated more opportunities for student-led discussions and collaborative activities to further empower them in their own learning process.
5. From this experience, I learned the importance of being prepared for technical issues and having a backup plan in place. I also learned the value of incorporating more student-led activities and discussions in my future lessons to make them more learner-centred and engaging for the students.
