Last week, you thought of a situation where it can be hard to avoid a fixed mindset. How can you reframe the situation using a growth mindset? as a 7 year old.

When faced with a challenging situation, like not being able to do something perfectly the first time, instead of thinking, "I'm not good at this and I never will be," I can try to think, "I may not be good at this yet, but with practice and effort, I can improve and get better." I can also ask for help from others who are skilled in that area and learn from them. With a growth mindset, I can see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, rather than as obstacles that define my abilities.
