4X-14+2X^3-7x^2

rearrange by degree

2X^3-7X^2+4X-14

and them im stuck..

first, notice that you can group the first two terms, and the last two terms, (2x^3-7x^2)+(4x-14), and factor:
(x^2)(2x-7)+2(2x-7)
then factor out 2x-7 from both terms, thus:
(2x - 7)(x^2 + 2)
