Jimmy is riding his bike at a speed of 5.5m/s. How long will it take him to go 2 miles? I tried using Dimensional Analysis, but how could you go from 5.5 miles a second to 2 miles?

1 answer

distance=rate*time

2miles=5.5m/s * time
2miles*1603 m/mile =5.5 m/s*time

3205m/5.5m/s= time
time= 3205/5.5 seconds
