heather paid $9 and the total bill was $15 because of you divide 6 by 2 (the 2 is from 2/5) then you get 3 which is 1/5. then you just multiply the 3 by 3 (the 3 is from 3/5) to get 9 which is how much heather paid. and then you just add 6 and 9 to get the total bill, $15.
