Potatoes raised in PEI show the influence of the Irish who settled in the region.

Well I've been there and I sure did enjoy the seafood. That's not really ethnic influence, but they catch a lot of fish and lobster there. Agriculture is being phased out there as more and more farms are subdivided for second home lots. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
