Determine the length of it's orbital path as 2*pi*(avg distance)=
2*pi*483,600,000 miles = length
Now find how many seconds there are in one year as
365days/1yr * 24hrs/day * 3600sec/day =sec/yr unit
now multiply sec/yr unit*11.64 = time
finally,
orbital velocity = length/time
got it?
