It seems that even though i am older than a sibling by about three years the state keeps changing curriculum s for the grade and now i think i know the answer but I'm not sure of it. In the decimal 99.999, which is 1/10 the value of the 9 in the tenths place? Does that mean what is one tenth of the tenths place please help me.
