If x = -2,
-4 <= f(x) <= 4
I don't think squeezing applies.
It is known that x 2 + 4x ≤ f(x) ≤ -x 2 -4x the interval [-4, 0]. Use the Squeeze Theorem to evaluate the limit as x approaches negative 2 of f of x.
