Is this story copyrighted? If so, who does this story belong to?

Once upon a time there was a boy named Jimmy who loved to spend time on the computer. He loved playing games, watching videos, and chatting with his friends.
One day, Jimmy was chatting with a stranger online. The stranger asked Jimmy to share his personal information, like his address and phone number. Jimmy knew that this was not a safe thing to do, so he politely declined and ended the conversation.
Jimmy then decided to talk to his parents about online safety. His parents taught him about the importance of not sharing personal information with strangers online. They also taught him to be careful about what he posts online and to never click on suspicious links.
Jimmy was now a lot more careful when he was online. He made sure to only talk to people he knew and trusted, and he was careful about what he posted online. Jimmy was now a lot safer when he was online.
